Concentrating on the Commercial Furniture space in the NSW & ACT market, this role will encompass both new business generation and account management.  The successful candidate will be accustomed to being in a highly competitive environment and will also enjoy developing customer relationships to further strengthen business partnerships.

You will be responsible for servicing several key customer accounts to promote and sell Elite Built products as well as generating new indirect sales opportunities within the Commercial Furniture space.

Successful account management experience in the commercial market will be highly valued and experience in an autonomous sales role is a must. Relevant Tertiary degree is desirable but not essential.

The main focus of your new role will be to;

• Design & produce conveyor system drawings
• Generate detail design drawings of non-standard conveyor components,
• Assist in the integration of multiple design drawings to suit various industrial sites.
• Assist in the integration of new design components into existing drawings.

 The ideal candidate will have;

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in AutoCAD
• Highly competent in generating fabrication drawings using AutoCAD
• Previous experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry
• Problem solving abilities
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Good time management
• A flexible attitude
• Some exposure to project management (desirable)

The main focus of your new role will be to;

• Manage Industrial projects across the entire customer base
• Provide world class project management services with 100% customer focus
• Review & challenge existing practices at a major projects level and make recommendations for change
• Assist sales with key customers during the pre and post sales process
• Contribute technical expertise and solutions at a commercial level

The ideal candidate will have;

• Previous Project Management experience (preferably with an engineering or technological background)
• Experience in financial management
• Practical implementation experience on Integrated Systems
• Ability to build and develop relationships with principle contractors, customers, project team, subcontractors and other key stakeholders
• Must possess strong problem solving skills & communication skills at all levels
• Must possess strong organisational skills
• Must show strong leadership ability to manage and motivate a project team 
• Experience in automated warehousing systems would be an advantage – conveyors, cranes and systems
• Must possess solid computer literacy skills and report writing abilities
• Formal Qualifications in Project Management (desirable)

Some interstate and overseas travel will be required for this role.
